  • I think much could be done to help people everywhere who need homes by utilizing steel shipping containers. There are thousands upon thousands of them sitting in stacks all over the world, but especially in the US, that are not utilized again once they arrive loaded with goods.

  • What a great story! To come home and see home your son has overcome the odds and doing what the doctors said would never happen. I imagine this family has been bursting to be able to share the wonder of it all with him and now they have him home to see for himself. What an amazing boy this kid is.

  • So the guy gets his wife and mother involved in his crime spree and then offs himself and leaves them to face the charges alone! He is an even worse creep than we already knew. Why could he have not done that before he killed their mother and 14 year old sister? I feel sorry for those little girls.

  • Having raised pigs and piglets, I know they are smart animals and quite trainable too. Seeing anyone abuse any animal is disgusting, but abusing little baby animals is even worse. My father was a rancher and hunter but he did what had to be done as humanely as possible.

  • What a horrible story. To have your father killed at all, let alone by a beloved pet, is a horrifying event. If no one else was there to know why it happened- if any event happened to cause the attack * or if the dog attacked without provocation, makes it even worse.

  • What foolishness North Carolina has wrought today. I have decided to express my opinion with my dollars and encourage others to do the same. I won't be visiting North Carolina or traveling through there and spending any money at any establishments there.

  • My head tells me that the law targeting pit bulls is not fair and generally not indicative of the breed itself, but more a result of the training, or lack of training, and the care and conditions the dog lives in.
